The Impact you will have:
Responsible for the accounting of the parts and engineering side of the business, including inventory, work in progress, revenues and costs etc.
Assisting with managing daily cash balances ensuring there are sufficient funds to cover the groups commitments
Responsible for completing all UK entity draw downs
Responsible for reviewing and managing the UK entities cashflow forecasts including capex forecasts, HP forecasts and daybook uploads
Assisting with consolidating all entities cashflows into a group file to determine our overall group headroom position with Wells Fargo, ensuring compliance with our ABL agreement covenant
Weekly availability / loan reconciliations between Wells Fargo report and cashflow
Assisting with daily reconciliations of the group ABL loan and collateral ledger to Wells Fargo portal
Completing the monthly UK Borrowing Base Certificate for Wells Fargo
Onboarding new entities into the UK’s online banking facility
Managing foreign currency requirements for the UK (Euro/CNY) and completion of a monthly FX tracker
Responsible for reconciling and posting all associated transactions for our financial instrument hedges / FX forwards
Responsible for reconciling all inter-company bank reconciliations
Assisting with the external quarterly banking audit with Wells Fargo
Covering for England and Wales treasury activities including bank payments, daybook, posting daily payments and reconciling the bank accounts
Covering for any Irish Group treasury activities including, daybook uploads, draw downs, cashflow forecasts and day to day support
Administrator for UK online banking across the Group and assist with the administration for all Southern Ireland’s online banking across the Group
Treasury support for the Group
Other ad-hoc general ledger and treasury duties as required
Treasury experience would be preferrable (bank payments / Foreign Exchange management / forecasting / cashflows)
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills (including being able to combine more than one formula together, v-lookup, h-lookup, if statement, sumifs, etc…)– this would be tested during the interview
Part qualified /someone studying CIMA or ACCA is preferable
